John's currently working on a stage play entitled 'The Train' using snap shots of train conversations and real life stories from everyday train journeys.

More information will appear here as the project develops.

Also, John has recently entered into a writing partnership with Gavin Harrison, his co-actor in Man of Mode and is currently writing a series of animations which will be animated by Liza Rhea who was this year selected by BAFTA as part of its inaugural 'Brits to Watch'.

In the past as a Continuity Announcer, John wrote his own material and delivered it both live and pre recorded.

Clients included Virgin 1 (later Channel 1), Five and itv2 (being part of the award winning 'Channel of the Year' 2008).

His cheeky writing coupled with his canny ability to engage with the audience became synonymous with his style. John now uses this past writing experience in his comedy script writing.
